At Tribal Songs, we believe in the power of cultural exchange to deepen community bonds and protect our planet. Our work spans three key areas, each connecting people to the wisdom and creativity of indigenous cultures across the globe and benefiting indigenous communities. We work to:
- Prevent mental health problems
- Build Community
- Protect biodiversity
- Improve understanding and respect for indigenous culture
Working With Schools

Indigenous communities worldwide have safeguarded biodiversity and strengthened their social fabric for generations, drawing on a deep well of shared wisdom. We work with teachers in Devon to bring these powerful stories, images, and films into schools to inspire children and young people. We help students gain a deeper connection to their own communities and the natural world, fostering mental well-being, respect for nature, and support for indigenous cultures. Together, we aim to prevent mental health challenges, protect biodiversity, and build a future that celebrates and supports indigenous peoples.
Showcasing Indigenous Art

Indigenous artisans produce some of the most exquisite art in the world. From the intricate indigo-dyed fabrics of the Black Hmong in Vietnam, to the delicate weaving techniques of Mongolian and Balinese tribes, to the breathtaking jewellery and ceramics of Indian artisans, each piece tells a story. Rooted in nature and tradition, indigenous art reflects profound connections to community, ancestors, and nature. By showcasing this art, we invite others to celebrate and support the beauty and richness of indigenous culture.
Supporting Indigenous Culture & Projects

As a social enterprise, all profit we make is reinvested back into Tribal Songs to drive greater social impact. Our key trading arms include selling artisan products and forming voluntourism partnerships with indigenous enterprises and charities. By providing access to new markets and ensuring fair distribution of profit, we help build equity and opportunities for indigenous communities. Every purchase and partnership supports not just economic sustainability, but cultural preservation and respect for indigenous peoples.

“Indigenous peoples not only place on an equal footing the rights of nature and men…but go further. They affirm that we belong to Mother Nature….Indigenous Peoples are essential to guarantee the rights of Nature. It is not about words and concepts, but actions and lifestyle.” Cultural Survival
